Allergens

Every pizza is hand made to order in a small van that handles all 14 major allergens, so we can’t rule out traces. Each pizza on the menu lists its allergens, and you can always ask Simon or Michelle at the hatch.

Gluten

Our dough is made with wheat flour. We have gluten-free bases (Schär) for mild intolerances, but they are cooked in the same oven as everything else.

Milk

Our classic pizzas use 100% mozzarella. Dairy-free cheese is available on any pizza, and our vegan pizzas use it already.

Dips

BBQ and sweet chilli dips are vegan. Garlic mayo contains egg.
